- Artworks must be suitably presented, with wire and hooks attached to the back if the work is to be wall-mounted.
- Each artwork must be clearly labelled on the back or base with the artist’s name, artwork title and sale price.
- Artists are limited to 3 items each and the entry fee is $20 per item.
- To complete an entry, artists must:
– pay the applicable entry fee(s) via the TryBooking link; and
– complete the online Artwork Entry Form, providing the details of each artwork, including title, medium, dimensions and sale price.
An entry is not complete until both payment and the Entry Form have been received. - Artworks are to be limited in size and to have no edge greater than 1.2 metres.
- All works must have been completed within the 12 months prior to the Art Exhibition.
- All insurance costs are to be met by exhibitors.
- The greatest possible care will be taken of works but the organisers will not accept liability for any loss or damage.
- The organisers reserve the right to not accept any work considered unsuitable.
- Entries are to be delivered to the Jugiong Memorial Hall on Thursday 19 November 2026 between 9.00am and 10.00am, unless other arrangements have been made with the organisers.
- A commission of 25% will be charged on all sales of artworks (with proceeds contributing to the ongoing maintenance of the historic St John the Evangelist Church and our work supporting charities and those in need).
- Unsold works are to be collected from the Jugiong Memorial Hall on Sunday 22 November 2026 after 4.15pm and before 5.15pm, unless other arrangements have been made with the organisers.
